Horrible customer service

My perfume arrived over a week ago ( I loved this perfume from scent bird and finally decided to splurge) and majority of the bottles was spilled all over the package when it arrived. I have attempted to reach out to customer service 4 times in the last week regarding this with no reply. This perfume is expensive for me and the act that this happened and im getting no resolution is crazy to me and extremely upsetting.

Just the right amount of sweet

If you like scents like Nest (citrus) or ralph lauren, daisy by marc jacobs etc you'll fall in love with this scent. It's still fresh, but its also sweet - just the right amount of fresh and sweet together.

It's not overpowering but you will leave subtle traces as you pass. One of my favourites that I found thanks to scentbird.
